Window glued shut trying to get glue off. What is the best route to get it off

I recently bought this car was told it was silicone and didn’t look very hard at it as it was the only real issue with the vehicle. Anyway what is the best way to get the glue off. The window was glued as the holder broke away from the wire running the window.
