New Car Battery

Had a new car battery installed at Autozone, 3 days later car won’t start up again (tries to start but just won’t fully go) and all the lights inside work and remote key works to lock/unlock.
Pretty sure the person who put it in did it wrong, took them over an hour. Am I able to get it jumped again and take it to a mechanic or what would be the best way to start it up again?
I tried looking at everything under the hood at the battery and it looked fine but would appreciate any help
