Hi there I don’t know much about cars but wanted to just confirm something. I got my car back last week after it had been stolen . I noticed when I drive anytime I accelerate or press break the sound I was hearing felt like I was dragging metal on the road but nothing seemed to be under my car. Suddenly yesterday when I was slowing down I hear a sound and my brake stopped working. It stops when the brake pad is at full stop but it doesn’t slow down when i apply pressure anymore. I can’t take it to the mechanic for a few days but just wanted a sense of idea what just happened. Google thinks my brake went to the floor. Is that what happened? Would the repair simple? Is it low breaker fluid? My car is a 2011 ford fiesta .Thank you for reading this
