Rearview mirror keeps falling off button

I usually have my bass turned up, guessing the vibrations were what caused this. But my rear view mirror keeps sliding off the metal button while driving. I got a rearview repair kit, but it’s just to reattach the button to the window, the button is fine just the mount is the issue. Do I need to get a new mirror or can I just glue it?
