2004 Mercury Grand Marquis V8 220k miles.

i've been trying to unravel the mystery of "what equipement" do the dealerships use for coolant flush that they must charge $300 near me. Anybody know? Best i can find on the web is its the thing by BG.........looks like a sophisticated machine almost comparable to dialisys it cleans the antifreeze i guess under pressure then puts in fresh stuff? I did go by jiffy lube which charges around $130 and i looked at their machine i doesnt look like the BG and the guy who operates it was off. Maybe its fine i dont know.

I have rusty antifreeze i changed the radiator w one mechanic a few weeks ago but he just swapped antifreeze doesnt have flush equipment. Also allegedley FORD dealer says they would flush it for "about an hour" to be sure to get the rust out............Anybody know anything about the equip or have a thought?
