Is this possible or does the whole front axle have to be off the floor for me to be able to replace the struts?
Asking because my driveway is kind of steep, and the street where I live is even worse. So I’m kind of worried about putting the whole front on jack stands to install the new pre-measured struts I just got.
I only have one floor jack (plus the car jack which I wouldn’t trust with this type of thing) and some 3 ton jack stands.
I feel much more comfortable lifting one side first jack stand installing then doing the other side but idk if there’s any issues/dangers with doing this.
If not I would have to try to hit up a public parking or somewhere flat in which I could do this job but I don’t really have a private place to do so
