VW Touareg 2016 water under glove box

Hi, I have a 2016 Volkswagen Touareg 3.6 V6, and I suddenly noticed that water would splash down from underneath the glovebox at random moments while I’m driving. I looked under the glove box and can’t seem to see any water at all. And also there is no water in the glove box. Does anyone know how to fix this?
