Looking for a part on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 6.2L

I was checking to see if it was a catch can for oil, and it was so rotted it broke off. Now I’m having an issue trying to figure out what part it is and how to get it replaced. I’ve gone to several shops around me with no luck. The rubber “can” itself has a number “341073” and “PP-GF15MF20H” on it. Looks like it came with the air breather tube, but when I try and find the tube online. I have no luck either. The numbers on that is “341064” “EPDM”.

Any help in the right direction would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
