Hi All, I'm the proud owner of a 1978 f100 custom, with the original 3 on the tree transmission, and 300 inline 6 motor.

I love to drive it, but a while ago the transmission started getting sloppy and stuck on gears. Every time it did, I would have to park it, pop the hood, move the linkages back to neutral and take off again.

This is my first vehicle, so i dont know much about fixing them yet. l've tried to search for videos on YouTube about how to adjust it, as I think that will help the problem, but to no avail.

Can anyone help me out, or help point me in the right direction? I'm pretty quick to answer questions. Thanks in advance!
