Ac compressor sound

Replacing the ac compressor on my 99 Silverado 5.3, I ordered a new four seasons compressor #58901, I dumped the oil that it came with and added 8 ounces of pag 150 but after I added it and started turning the pulley I noticed this grinding sound, is it normal? I want to know if it’s ok to throw it in and take it to pep boys to get the system leak tested and charged
