So two issues with the car. When turning or going over a speed bump at low speed. The moment I press the gas, there is a slight stutter. This happens only when the car is in motion and at around 13-15 mph. Don't know what it can be.

And now. When driving on the freeway, had to slow down a little from going 50mph and the RPMs went from 1300 down to 700 and it went right back up to 1500.

I get off the freeway and drive on the street and again from 35 mph press the brake slightly. And the revs go down to 700 and then kick right back up to 1500 at still 33mph.

Any idea what is going on? It all feels a bit off but then again I was never looking at RPMs until this little stutter.

Any ideas?
