Did I just ruin my engine or tranny. Money shifted like an idiot. 2001 BMW 325i

I’ve had 3 of these but have not driven manual in years, got over confident and hit the free way, accidentally money shifted from 4 to 3rd and damn near redline and now I feel like the biggest idiot. How bad did I mess up my car? I know the clutch is toast the engine has ticking that I don’t believe was there. I’m assuming transmission rebuild possibly I don’t know. I’m sick rn can’t believe I did that.
