Hello!
I don't know much about cars, but I know that metal scraping the road is never good. I was 30 minutes from home on an empty road when i heard dragging, so I pulled over and saw that my splash shield was drooping. i was unable to fix it by myself and had no bars on my phone, so i ended up ripping it off and throwing it in my trunk. I have a 5 hour drive later today, will I be able to make it there safe?
I already have an appointment with Honda on Tuesday to get a new one installed, I am just wondering about the safety of driving without a splash shield.
Thanks in advance!!
sweet! you just saved me a couple hundred bucks. thank you :)
I never knew that! Is it even worth the money to replace it then?
Thank you!!! I was so stressed, you're the best :)

yeah, i got it fixed during the fall of last year. it was totally my fault that time, i hit a tree branch, but thankfully the guys at Honda fixed it for me for free. this time there wasn't really a reason for it to start scraping, i was just going up a hill like normal. It was pretty steep, but it was a clear road. it's crazy that they only last a couple months!
