New turbo on an audi s3 1.8L 2018

Putting in new turbo can't get the screw in on the bottom of the turbo now that it's on the car not sure how to proceed from here any help greatly appreciated. First photo is the old turbo upside down showing where the screw needs to go 2nd is how it looks doing it while on the engine with new turbo.
