Is this My Exhaust Pipe System Hanging?

Should I get this fixed? My car also has a pretty bad rattling noise. And sometimes when Iām turning I feel a knocking at my feet. I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla, got the water pump fixed a few months back. So now Iām trying to fix the rest of the car. Would it be worth it?
