07 Accord stalled followed by crank no start and p0365…

07 automatic accord 230k stalled when parking. Tried to restart and it just cranked without starting. Code pulled was p0365 camshaft sensor. After a tow home I noticed the crank pulley bolt was loose. After removing the crank pulley there was a crack on the pulley where the key slot is and the key itself had obvious damage. I got another pulley and key installed and at tdc the cam marks are way off. Just wondering if I can get the cam timing back to normal or am I looking at possible engine damage?
