Urgent help needed! Stuck on the road! Traction control engaging, not letting me accelerate

CAMRY 2007 HYBRID
I was trying to remove my steering wheel.
Accidentally unwound the clockspring ribbons. Somehow managed to place it back.
Put everything back. The wheel seemed to be working fine. Started the car and while driving probably over 10-15mph, the traction control engages, pops on and off, wont let me accelerate at all.
