Hi I have a 2005 Nissan Maxima, I took it to my mechanic two weeks ago to get the valves replaced because it kept smoking under the hood. But recently my car has bern stoping and all the lights on the dash board come on when I’m idling but it only happens when u have the headlights and the heater on, but as soon as i turn off the car off and put the kid keys back in and start the car. It drives perfectly fine. Could it be a battery issue? Could it be an alternator issue? Just some insight would be good before I go back to my mechanic because I’m surprised he didn’t catch this when he was checking everything else out, thank you!
