Both led headlights are too dim

I installed some led's on my truck a few years ago and they was really bright and worked fine until the other day both my low beams went really dim at the sametime. So dim that i can only drive with my high beams. I personally think i might have a grounding issue, but i wanna hear some of yalls ideas before i have to dig through wires. 2000 chevy silverado 1500
