Engine won’t turn off

I removed the keys and the engine as still running. I found out that removing the airbag fuse it will turn off the engine when it’s supposed to and it indeed worked. Invisibly, there’s some electrical issue going on, has anyone experienced that before? If so, what is a permanent solution?
