Control Lamp and weird loose oil(?) hose

It’s a 2003 VW T4 with the 2,5 diesel engine. I’m getting this flashing warning light on the dash (motor control warning). I think I found the problem. The line feeding into the oil filler is loose, there’s a little oil around it but it doesn’t seem like I lost much. Any advice on getting it back in there? Doesn’t wanna go in there.
