MAF sensor signal wire getting low voltage. Is there anything else this could be besides a short?

MAF signal wire is reading about 0.15v at idle. Should be about 1.0v. I suck with wiring and lack tools for electrical diagnostics. My only logical guess is that it’s a short it the wire somewhere. Just curious, could that be anything else besides a short? Just figured I’d get some opinions before I tear apart the harness.
