Tacoma feeling sluggish during acceleration.
Post Body

I have a 2020 SR5 4cyl 2.7L. I take great care of it with 3k oil change intervals, change my air filter every 12k unless I see it has been visually dirty at less. Changed the transmission fluid, diff fluid and power steering all right at 25k. Iโ€™m now currently at 32,994k. About 5 days ago I ran out of gas. I walked to the gas station and filled up a can walked back and put it in, before starting the engine I primed it by putting the keys to the run position 5 times before starting it. Ever since then when I accelerate it feels so sluggish. It is as though itโ€™s not wanting to accelerate and it wants to give out. It has somewhat of a rough idle especially later in the day when itโ€™s a bit warmer (live in SoCal). Any ideas of what could be wrong? Thanks for reading. Wish everyone a great holiday and new year.
