Advice on Rattling sound on 2003 Ford Escape while in hear?

Hey y'all! So, Ive had an issue with my 2003 Ford Escape V6 on and off for a little while.
The thing is, it will make almost like a rattling sound only while in Drive and usually at idle or deceleration at low speeds. The sound completely disappears at moderate/high rpm and in any other gear selection, like Neutral or Reverse
Otherwise, it drives and shifts perfectly fine!
Any ideas?
