Mg zs ev sunroof stuck open

Hey guys!
Looking for a little advice the sunroof on my car is stuck open, opened it today and it just won’t close it doesn’t even sound like it’s trying to close, it’s just stuck open and I’m worried with the snow!
Any suggestions will be really helpful!
Just an edit we have a 2020 MG ZS EV.
