Funky electrical issues

1996 Volvo 850 GLT, unknown mileage but estimated around 175k. I bought it not too long ago and knew it had some issues, I’ve been gradually getting things fixed but I’m at a loss as to how to diagnose this issue. My cabin lights do not work, heated seat indicators work on the switches but the seats don’t seem to get warm, and speakers occasionally get very quiet for a few seconds (but it does have an aftermarket stereo which may be causing the issue, I’m hoping to fix the original stereo’s tape deck and pop it back in). Any ideas on what may be causing these? It has other electrical issues in the dash, but I think I’ve figured them out. Thanks!
