P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire) after pumping gas with engine on

So, I'm not really sure why but I haven't turned off my 2007 RAV4 while getting gas this morning.

I've put very little just about 2 gallons with the engine on (I was in super hurry). Then after like 5 minutes the car started shaking a bit and got engine check VSC 4WD light.

I got it checked at O'Reilly's and they confirmed P0303 error - cylinder 3 misfiring. I've driven about 3-4 miles like this.

Q1: could not turning off the car course this? Q2: could I f***ed anything else by driving the mentioned 3-4 miles like this?
