Sudden p0303 and p0300 after gas tank fill-up

2020 Ram 1500 Classic with the 5.7 hemi, roughly 93,000 miles. Truck was running fine prior to gassing up, and drove 13 miles after leaving the station. Truck was parked for about 2 hours before the code was thrown and engine started misfiring. CEL came on and truck started shaking upon acceleration. Have swapped coil pack on that cylinder to make sure that wasn’t the issue and still got the same code. Waiting on new spark plugs to arrive before changing those. Just curious if the gas fill-up could have been what caused it? Possible water in the fuel?
