Pulling left, Front wheels play at 12 and 6 / up and down. Help!
Post Body

2005 Kia Pregio 2.7 diesel van, 370,000km

Hi all,

Since buying my van 5 years ago, it has always pulled left. Had it aligned around 2.5 years ago and it improved it, but didn't solve it. This is annoying during longer journeys at 100km/h where my arms end up hurting from steering right all the time.

Following Scotty Kilmer's instructional video about car pulling to one side, I lifted the front wheels to check for play. There is a little bit of play when pushing at 12 and 6 on both front wheels. Enough that I can make a little knock sounds when shaking it this way but it isn't really visible to the naked eye. No play at 3 and 9.

Can't seem to find much information about what could be the cause of this play and whether this is responsible for the van pulling to the left all the time. Seems like it could be a wheel bearing or ball joint.

Any help, advice or opinions welcome!
