Concerns about checking for a bad wheel bearing
Post Body

I am pretty sure my car has a bad wheel bearing based on how it drives. I want to jack the car up and check the wheel by wiggling it, but I only have a scissor jack (not even jack stands) and I'm worried about the car shifting off of it in the process. What's the minimum y'all would recommend as far as safety measures for this? Am I just asking for trouble without a lift?
