Ford ranger suspension advice

Recently lifted my truck Ranger Wildtrak 2021 with a spring lift and coil spacers. With add a leaf at the back leaf springs. Quite concerned with my upper control arms. Since it's stock. Any recommendations? To how I'm gonna solve the issue with it wearing down or even breaking the upper control arms? What upper control arms should I upgrade to? And should I just get rid of the coil spacers all together
