I had sent my car to the mechanic near me because my transmission was messing up again. I had asked them to take pictures of the case and anything else was wrong so I could send them to the manufacturer since it should be under warranty. They said they would have to take the transmission back out to take the photos and it would break the ball and chain. I told them to just do it since I needed the photos. They took two weeks to send the photos and kept calling demanding I tell them what I wanted to do with the car when I had been waiting on them. Then finally I was told by the person at the manufacturer that I should be covered so I should have the mechanic get started. Well the day after the manufacturer got back to me and said the mechanic had sent them pictures of a different cars part. What can I do?
