So I have a 2016 jeep compass, and I just replaced the neutral saftey switch about 2 weeks, took care of the issue, today when leaving work I couldn't shift out of park, I manually released it drove home, when home it did it again. Figured it was a faulty shift interlock solenoid. A dew questions first I can't find the part any where at any auto parts store. So I'm assuming it's something else, any idea on what else it could be? I can't find anything about a shift interlock switch on this model of jeep. Thanks in advance to everyone.
