Need help diagnosing the issues on my replacement motor h22

Hey guys, I have run out of ideas on what the issues could be besides cam timing or a Crankshaft position sensor. Looking for advice

Motor cranks strong, fuel pump sounds good, and no spark when I crank the motor. I have two of each part (distributor, wires, and ignition coil) and swapped all out to test for electrical issue. So I must conclude the issue is before the coil. Fuses? Relay? Sensor? Idk at this point I want to call in a professional and have it diagnosed so I can fix the issue and learn from it
