Hey all, I have a 2022 Mercedes CLA — I hit a pot hole yesterday and blew out a tire. Called roadside assistance, they towed the car to the dealership and found out when they were looking I also: - cracked the front rim (needs to be replaced) - have a bubble in the rear tire (so 2 new tires) - have 2 other rims bent (that can be fixed)
They couldn’t fix it all yesterday, gave me a loaner for the weekend and said the earliest they can have it done is Tuesday. The bill is going to be between roughly $1500-2k.
Is it worth taking this to a local shop? Will the savings over the deal ship be that significant? I want to call around today and get estimates, where should I start — tire shops?
TY!
