What is this part called on the dust shield and where do I get a replacement?

2010 Nissan Altima 2.5s
I managed to find the springs on rock auto but I cannot for the life of me understand where to get the rest of the assembly.
First time replacing rear bearings on my car
I had to hammer out both the bearing and rotor because they were fused. Rotor or bearing was stuck to that thing and theres a clip that came off in the process.
I managed to bend it and place it back somewhat firmly but I need peace of mind
What is this assembly called and where do I get a new one?
