Are Volvos reliable?

I know this sub is geared more towards mechanical advice and not questions about prices so feel free to tell me where else I can post. Found a 2004 Volvo S60 Turbo on OfferUp that’s around my price range. I don’t have much experience with Volvos so if everything is in decent condition when I get is it a car worth taking? Are they built well, are their parts expensive and how easy are they to work on is what I’m mainly trying to find out 🙏🏻
