I've got a 2004 oldsmobile alero, it's essentially a hand me down from a brother who got it as a hand me down from a friend. I got it knowing it had some small issues, it's turned out to have a lot more. This is my first car but I'm a fairly handy person and have been doing smaller repairs myself, hoping this will be one of those.
My trunk release lever doesn't work, not a huge issue, planned on getting to it but it was a low priority for me. However, while doing other repairs I noticed my trunk pops when I reconnect the battery after having it disconnected. What's going on with my trunk y'all? Appreciate the help.
Will probably be a regular around here. Kinda getting into trying to baby my girl and get her in the best shape I can on my own as much as possible. I named her Frankie, short for Frankenstein because I always feel like I'm rebuilding her and putting her back together. Love my hoopty gal.
