I stripped one of the holes for my water pump, it's seven bolts in total that hold it on but the one is enough it's leaking coolant. I've been advised to use a helicoil to repair it which I won't argue about but can anyone give some advice on how I'd do that without removing the motor all together. I'm working on a 2006 volvo s60 R. I've got maybe 4 inches of space between the frame and the hole I need to repair the threads in. Any advice would be great. I have also replaced the timing belt, tensioner and idler pully, and I can drive the car comfortably under 40mph. If I go over that or if there is a quick change in rpm I get a burnt rubber smell like the belt is dragging on a pully. How would you also recommend checking the tension on the belt to be sure it's 100% correct. Thanks and sorry to bother yall. It seems dumb but I'm truly at a loss between using Chilton and Haynes I can't get a straight answer.
