Should i change the transmission fluid?

im aware changing trans fluid has a bad rep since changing it too late can cause the gears to slip, however i have no idea of the cars history and i havent driven it. the car is sitting on roughly 320,000 km (198k miles roughly). Does this trans fluid look like it needs replacement?
