Hello all and thank you for reading, I'll try to hit major details while keeping it an easy read.
Went in to swap the starter and swapped the starter successfully. When releasing the e-brake, I felt what appeared to have been the e-brake cable snap. I looked under and saw this. It's in a garage with front facing out so not much room to push backwards. I wanted to try lifting the rear passenger wheel to release it manually but the frame just breaks apart from the rust and doesn't allow me to lift it properly. Any ideas of how to go about this project would be greatly greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
