Squeal after lower ball joint replacement

Just had both lower ball joints on my 2007 Sienna replaced. No noise prior. The day I picked it up I noticed a loud squeal (sounds like a harmonica) when making a sharp turn. I can only assume it’s related but any clue what would cause this on install of new parts? Planning on having them look at it this week and already let them know, but curious if anyone had insight. Thanks!
