Pretty noticeable fuel mileage drop in my 2014 CT200h. I changed my oil and tires this week. Probably the tires right?

I used to average around 40 mpg on summer tires. I've never had the special hybrid resistance tires on this car. I switched out my tires for some all seasons and now I have about a 10% drop in fuel mileage. Also got my oil change at a cheap lube place. Oil level looks fine and it's clean. I probably just need a break in my tires right?
