I have a 10mm PA hole which I’m opening larger.

Looks like this cut will be about 5-10mm.

Will be using a cautery pen then packing with Jelonet gauze to keep wound apart whilst healing.

Plan to change gauze each time I pee

Cock has been banded to numb it. Will cut bands off after 30min.
