Mostly just general things. What does it feel like now, i understand the pressure is different, does that mean the orgasm is permanently changed? Like my dickhead gets overwhelmingly stimulated when i cum, will that go away bc no pressure there anymore, to be specific about it? Like, how is it changed? What about peeing/the need to pee?
