How much breed stock would I need to butcher 300 rabbits a year?

I’ve helped take care of meat rabbits before back when I lived with my grandparents. I’m looking to get into for myself next spring. I wouldn’t want to breed them very hard. A happy middle ground that’s good for their health is what I would go for. I live in central Minnesota so I have a pretty good breeding season
