Processed my first two rabbits ever. Need easier way?
Post Body

While processing the first two rabbits ever for me, I found it most difficult to cut the head off. Something about the eyes bother me and it was hard using a knife to cut the head off to bleed out. My husband did the dislocation and I did the skinning and gutting part but after the first cutting the head off I couldn’t do it again. Looking for anything that might make it easier? Any opinions on something that’s quicker than a knife? Thinking some kind of cleaver or trimmers?

I always sock the skin down the rabbit this covers the head. You can remove the had and leave it in the skin. Don't have to see the eyes at all.
