Does anyone know a good meal plan??? I’m 23 in the military and I’m finally on my own out in town. I’m used to all three of my meals being provided. I’ve been on my own apart from maybe lunches at work for like 3 months now and I find myself eating out a lot. And skipping breakfast everyday.
Eating out is proving to be costly and pretty unhealthy. I’ve gained a bit of weight but I’m not too worried about it because I have a good metabolism. I think once I start making my own meals/ regulating my meals/eating better/and hitting the gym again (I’ve stopped since returning from deployment), the weight loss will come with little effort (lucky me I know).
Mainly I just want to be healthier for the sake of being healthier and SAVE MONEY. Add some variety to what I eat and make sure I’m getting 3 meals in at the least. I’m wondering if anyone knows a good meal plan that will tell me needed ingredients on a weekly basis, aprox weekly cost for said meals.
That being said, I will be working out again. So ideally I’d like if this meal plan was also good for muscle gain and weight loss. Mostly I just want to stop eating out though. I have no idea how to shop. I’m an alright cook but idk where to start.
