I travel approximately 20 days a month for work which means living in hotels and eating out. It was cool for the first seven years but as we approach year ten, I’m starting to be ever more concerned about my weight and lifestyle choices.
Eating healthy in restaurants can be hard especially when the client is choosing.
Do you prep any particular way for business travel that is sustainable? I don’t have much flexibility on what I pack along with me and the average hotel stay is 2-3 nights so it is unusual for me to have time on the road to prep homemade or even store refrigerated stuff.
FWIW I don’t really snack.
