Hi guys!
The traditional meal prep doesn't work for us - our lives are too spontaneous to prep lots of meals on a Sunday and eat throughout the week. What I do to make my life easier is pre-chop most of my veggies on the weekend so they're ready to go during the week once we decide what we're having. Things like peppers, onions and broccoli last chopped in the fridge for a good few days and feature in nearly all our meals. I also make up a huge basic salad (various leaves, peppers, radish, spring onions, celery) to keep in the fridge and then all that needs added is tomatoes and stuff when we eat it. We can also dip into that bowl for snacks and salad to go on sandwiches and wraps.
So, mealpreppers, when you're not doing a full prep what are your time saving and prepping tips?
